A modern Victorian corset wedding gown

The closed front modern Victorian corset-bodice is a candlelight pink heavy silk satin over English cotton coutil and edged in self-bias. The over Skirt is made of the same silk satin pleated and draped up decoratively. Separate flowing underskirt is cut with a short train and is of a pleated lavender silk taffeta. Veil is a pearl grey net with pale pink and lavender ribbons flowing from the base of the comb.

I just love the contrast of the smooth silk satin against the texture of the lavender pleated taffeta!
